The micro-Range of Trace Elements products are crop mineral supplements which have been developed by INM. They are specifically designed for acid soil/water conditions.

They are specially formulated using organic chelating and complexing agents in order to assure better and quicker uptake and translocation within the plant tissue, as well as less selectivity in delivering different minerals. This is a totally new concept in plant nutrition product development.

The micro-Range products come either in combinations (which are designed and formulated for specific locations and uses) or as individual straight minerals covering all trace elements.


The micro-Range products have the following unique properties:

  1. Absorption Enhancers: The micro-Range Products are very easy to absorb and translocate. This feature is enhanced because they also contain absorption enhancers to further facilitate the absorption and translocation of minerals inside the plant tissue.
  2. High Analysis: Because of their unique formulation, the micro-Range Products have very high percentages of minerals in the finished products (see end of this pamphlet). On average, their concentration is up to 50% more concentrated than other products.
  3. Cost-Effectiveness: Owing to their high analysis and formulation, the micro-Range Products are effective at very low application rates. This makes them very cost-effective when compared to other products.
  4. Size: The micro-Range Products do contain very small molecular size entities to facilitate absorption where and when size is an issue.
  5. Bio-availability: Plants can and do utilise the micro-Range Products as they are and without having to change them to other chemical forms. This will not only help reduce demand for energy, but will also quicken the response to their application.
  6. Nutritional Tools: Owing to their excellent performance, the micro-Range Products are excellent nutritional tools which can be employed in specific and advanced nutritional programmes (such as INM) as well as general maintenance applications.
  7. Safety: The micro-Range Products are totally harmless to plants even when recommended rates are accidentally exceeded. However, exceeding label rates deliberately should only be done under strict professional guidance.
  8. Environmental Safety: The micro-Range Products are totally harmless to both humans and wildlife and are totally free of pollutants and toxins.
  9. Tackling Local Problems: Apart from their Chemistry and physiology, the different micro-Range Product combinations are specially designed to solve local problems of certain Australian soils. Extensive surveys had to be done taking also into account the genetic needs of different crops.


The micro-Range Products are suitable for all horticultural crops, small crops, field crops, lawns, cut flowers, greenhouse crops, etc. The choice of product and rate, as well as frequency of application, depend mainly on the nutritional status of the crop. The package labels give general recommended rates. More precise applications can be done according to soil and/or tissue analyses.




20% Calicum Foliar application product used for control and treatment of Bitter Pitt, Leaf Tip Burn, Blossom End Rot, Soft Fruit, Poor Skin Quality, Low Shelf Life and other Calcium deficiency-related issues. Best applied during Calcium stress periods throughout the growing season.

For skin and shelf-life improvement, it is best applied late in the season and up till 7 days from harvest.
